When renting a Limehouse home we offer:

To be able to rent our homes we require:

  • Enquiries form
  • £300 Application/letting fee (£100 upon application (non-refundable), £200 at let)
  • 1 month rent paid in advance
  • 1 month rent as security deposit
  • Payments by Direct Debit only
  • Credit checks
  • Access annually to complete Gas Servicing

When renting our homes we prohibit:

  • Smokers
  • Domestic pets
  • Re-decoration i.e. wallpapering, painting
  • Alterations i.e. flooring, plumbing, wiring, structural, fitted kitchen & appliances etc

General conditions:

  • There is normally an annual rent increase in line with inflation
  • We need to inspect the property each year
  • Tenants have repair responsibilities, including maintaining your garden, fixtures/fittings, items requiring repair through damage or neglect
